Announcement of Heilongjiang Institute of Technology About to Give Two Language Students OTOUDE NONFODJI YAO YOYO, GRIMES APPA HAILE Withdrawal from University

        1、多哥籍语言进修生OTOUDE NONFODJI YAO YOYO，护照号：EB154963，于2016年9月入学，计划在学校进行为期两年的语言学习，签证有效期截止时间为2018年9月10日；

        Togo language learner OTOUDE NONFODJI YAO YOYO, passport number: EB154963, enrolled in September 2016, plans to conduct a two-year language study at our university. His visa expiration date is September 10, 2018.

        2、利比里亚籍语言进修生GRIMES APPA HAILE，护照号：L136565，于2017年9月入学，计划在学校进行为期两年的语言学习，签证有效期截止时间为2018年9月28日。

        Liberian language student GRIMES APPA HAILE, passport number: L136565, enrolled in September 2017, is planned to conduct a two-year language study at our university. His visa expiration date is September 28, 2018.

        学校在2018年7月18日统计假期留学生去向时，以上两名留学生预留学校的所有联系方式都无法联系到本人，学校通过两名同学的朋友等多种方式仍无法联系以上两名同学。

        When the university was registering foreign students’ holiday accommodation plan on July 18, 2018, university teachers could not reach either of the above two international students through the contact information they left with the university. The university also failed to reach the two students through various other methods such as via friends of two students.

        现公告通知以上两名同学自公告发布之日起两周内（截止8月13日）与学校进行联系，逾期未与学校联系的，学校将依据、参照教育部和学校相关规定，给予OTOUDE NONFODJI YAO YOYO、GRIMES APPA HAILE退学处理。另外，在公示期内，学生与学校联系前，其个人安全等相关事宜均由本人负责。特此公告。

        Hereby is announced to inform the above two students that they should contact the university within two weeks from the date of publication of the announcement (i.e. August 13). If the university is not contacted within the time limit, the university will give OTOUDE NONFODJI YAO YOYO and GRIMES APPA HAILE formal withdrawal from the university based on relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the university. In addition, during the announcement publication period and before the student contacts the university, their personal safety and other related matters are the responsibility of their own.
